Held an HR title of Senior Technical Writer but operated exclusively as a senior enablement program owner — planning, building, and running multiple flagship WWFE programs from day one.

  • Built and owned the enablement foundation for AWS's transformation to an industry vertical sales model
  • Scaled from 8 → 18 industry verticals, reaching 17,000+ of AWS's 35,000 worldwide field sellers and partners across 30 countries
  • Contributed to $650M+ in incremental revenue

  • Modernized the team style guide from a static PDF to a living wiki, eliminating bottlenecks in documentation handoffs
  • Standardized the feature intake process between engineering and documentation — increasing features fully documented on release day by 10%

  • Technical writer for Virtual Battlespace — a tactical training simulation platform used by DoD, NATO, and law enforcement agencies worldwide
  • Held sole US person status with exclusive responsibility for all ITAR-controlled content across the product suite
  • Co-organized Tactical Thursdays — a weekly internal live-fire testing program running mission scenarios to validate new features in operational context
